Dr. Mahesh M. Goyani

I was conferred the bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering with First Class Distinction from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat in 2005. Mastered the field of Computer Engineering from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidya Nagar in 2009. I pursued Bachelor of Arts in Gujarati Literature from Gujarat University in 2014. I completed Ph.D. in area of Facial Expression Recognition from Charotar University of Science and Technology, Changa in 2017. I complete Master of Arts in Gujarati Literature from BAOU in 2023

Currently, serving as an Assistant Professor in Department of Computer Engineering at Government Engineering College, Modasa. I have been in this fulfilling academic field since May 2005.

My areas of interest includes Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Computer Algorithms, Computer Graphics and Data Structures. At present, I am supervising 4 Ph.D. candidates at Gujarat Technological University. I am also DPC member of 13 research scholars at different universities such as GTU, Ganpat University, Sardar Patel University etc. I am a professor at an Under Graduate and Post graduate level. I have successfully guided many innovative projects at UG level and Dissertations at PG level. I have published 50+ Research Papers in international and national conferences and reputed journals indexed in Sopus, SJR and SCI. I have also written 19 Books on Analysis of Algorithms and Computer Graphics

I am managing the blog www.codecrucks.com. I write articles on computer science and cutting edge technology on this blog. This blog covers the various topics including Algorithms, Machine learning, Data Structures, Fuzzy Logic, Computer Graphics, Photography, Career Development and many more. I am also running yuotube channel named CODECRUCKS.

I received BEST RESEARCHER NATIONAL AWARD from IRDP Group of Journals, Chennai for the Outstanding Excellence and Remarkable Achievements in the Field of Teaching, Research and Publications in 2018. It was an honour for me to be invited as a SESSION CHAIR in International Conference on Computer Science, Engineering and Information Technology, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu, Sept – 2011. I have got an opportunity to work as a reviewer in many reputed International Journals and also have been a Program Committee Member in many International Conferences. I have delivered expert lectures on various topics across state.

Beyond my academic field, I have keen interest in Photography, Literature, Poetry, Painting, Paper Art, Cratfs, Music etc. You will find some of my creation on this site.
